We had a long list of plumbing “issues”. Harold worked quickly and with confidence as he checked each problem off that list. What impresses me most was his effort to save our tub facet buy searching to find the special part. He found it and used nothing but quality parts. We had a pipe burst in the walls late tonight and attempted to call several different places. The carpet was soaking up gallons upon gallons very quickly! All other services either didn't answer, or were purposefully obfuscating anything to do with emergency pricing. Upon arrival he was able to quickly isolate the issue, cut in, and fix within less than an hour. He was professional, friendly, and I couldn't recommend him or the company he represents any higher than I do. Pricing was extremely fair, especially considering how this was a very spur of the moment emergency.
