I've used this company twice and each time, they've been wonderful! Lana (hopefully that is how you spell her name) is the person who picks up the phone and is very kind and friendly! Their technicians know what they're doing and after the first visit, you aren't required to stay home to show them where the septic tanks are. Their database is intelligent and notes where the tanks are, so they don't have to ask the same questions each time. I've also had them fill out some paperwork for me (for city regulations) and they've been super helpful and compliant! I trust this company fully.
