“Luke” came to my home to repair a broken faucet. Ho was professional, courteous and quickly diagnosed the issue. A quick trip to his shop for a part and he returned to complete the job within the 1 hr minimum.

I couldn't be more pleased. Amazing service, came by without an appt. to a mess! Fixed us up quick and affordable as ever. Fixed two things for us at the price of what alot of places wanted just for a service call. So kind and curtious from all of their staff office to repairman. Thanks again!

I had water leaking from a lighting fixture and called Bilz to investigate. They were out the same day, found the problem very quickly and left me detailed instructions on how to fix the problem. The technician (Alex) was so professional he even texted me photos he took of the problem. I thought it was going to be a major fix, turns out it was just a bad caulking job from a previous owner. I will rely on Bilz for all of my plumbing needs from this day forward.

They charged us $85 to look around with a flashlight and weren’t able to fix a pvc pipe behind our washer. The guy basically charged us to say they can’t fix it and gave us a card for someone who could... is this a real plumbing company? Crazy.

Great work on a difficult job.
