We thought we had a problem with our septic but it turns out it just needed to be pumped out. Great! Not knowing which company may be honest, we called County Wide after seeing good reviews and found them to be amazing! They arrived exactly on time, pumped out the tank and checked it to make sure it was working property, and even explained best ways to maintain it. The price was right and they didn't try to sneak in any hidden charges. It's nice to know there are honest companies still out there! If you are looking for a reputable and honest company, this is the one! I couldn't give them a higher recommendation. More so, both Curt and Tom were very courteous and it was nice getting to know them.

They ripped us off for $235.00! The guy cleaned the tank and then we were told the 2nd tank needed to be pumped out! THERE IS NO 2ND TANK! ITS A DRY WALL! THEY CHARGED US ANOTHER $235.00 TO SUCK OUT DIRT AND SAND! Shame on you! Attorney will be contacted! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
I was in a real bind I live out of state and the septic tank was Backing up into the bathtub at two of my rental homes. I called Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon they had come out located the tank dug it up and pumped it out all for a reasonable price. Being from out of state I had no idea who to call and out of the dozen or so companies I did call, they were the only ones willing to do the job that day. Most other companies never answered or didn’t call back until Monday afternoon. One company, the local one in Evart where my property is located even laughed at me for wanting service on the weekend. Even after I told him I would pay an after hours or weekend charge. I just needed it done. Well I now I’m the one laughing because of them I found a great company to take care of all my septic needs in the future. Thanks again
