Roto-Rooter

The lack of knowledge by customer service makes me doubt the rest of the business. I made an appointment only to be called back 45 min later to be told that they did not service my location, but another Roto Rooter did.... though, the woman would not transfer me, give me the phone number, or contact the other location to move my appointment. I went with a "ma & pop" plumber instead and was very satisfied.

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. It was very easy to set up an appointment and they were there right on time. They did great work. Highly recommended. Don't waste any time calling around these guys get the Job done.
