We ran into an emergency and within an hour we had a service man at our house. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing so I knew what was going on. On top of that the price point was great! I HIGHLY recommend this company!
They were courteous and very knowlegeable!knew what was wrong before they ever touched air conditioner ! Was here and done in ten minutes! And didn't try to charge me for something I didn't need! Nice to still see now adays!thank you very much! Ron & Dora
I highly recommend this business! The techs are knowledgeable and easy to work with. Craig and Jeff worked long and hard for another outstanding company that was in Mulliken until they closed. The gentleman that owned that company before passing away always had great service both work wise and with communication. Craig and Jeff have now continued with that standard and it is appreciated! Kudos all!
They suck
I called Advance plumbing as my AC was not working correctly. I was told that they would send out a service tech in a few days that I was fine with. The tech came out as promised, looked at my furnace, removed the filter and said within a couple of minutes that I needed a new blower fan. As the furnace was old it would not make sense to replace the fan but to think about a new furnace. I asked for an estimate and was quoted just under $3000 for a Fridge air with a 92% efficiency. I said that I would get back to them within a few days. The tech left, leaving my furnace apart which I had to put back together myself. The very next day I received an invoice for $125 for a service call ( I was not told that there would be a call out fee). I called 2 places and was quoted in both cases $2000 for exactly the same furnace that this company quoted. When I questioned the invoice I was told that they could take care of the invoice payment over the phone if I wanted to pay $100 it there and then. They felt that the charges were fair, being there for 10 minutes for $125 and they could not comment on them being over charging me on the replacement of the furnace.
