These guys are great! My basement drain suddenly started over-flowing and my sinks and toilets were not functioning. Don Douglas and Sons had the job DONE in less than an hour after I called them. They snaked our main line and did a quick/clean job. They were able to explain why the issue was happening and provided us with our best options for resolving it long-term. I had called one of their competitors first and they weren't able to schedule an appointment for 4 days out AND at a higher rate! We are very satisfied clients! I would highly recommend them as your go-to guys for all things plumbing related!

Had my waste lines replaced and they dripped the purple pvc glue all over my new tile. Told me that it'll wear off over time. I told them it was new tile and that it wasn't acceptable and that I wasn't going to pay until it's fixed. They told me to get a quote for replacement from the contractor who did it. It took a couple weeks to get the estimate because he was in the middle of a project. Once I submitted it, they told me it was too much money and that I was past due on my payment and was charging me a late fee. Also, they left all the old sewer line laying in my back yard for a few weeks after they were done. Never again.
