Joe & Barb's Septic Services

I had an excellent experience working with Joe. He called me soon after leaving a message and fit me in that same day. My tanks were larger than I thought, but his assessment of the size was confirmed by the health department records. He is always pleasant and knowledgeable (they serviced our other home multiple times) and gave me a strategy of pumping our large tanks to save us money. He is not trying to price gouge anyone. Life is hard, people. Let's give each other the benefit of the doubt and offer some grace when leaving reviews. I would recommend his septic service anytime AND he gave the lowest quote of the 3 businesses I called.

Excellent customer service, trustworthy and knowledgeable! I would recommend this company to anyone. Has been in the business a long time and knows what they are doing!

Reliable and fantastic service

When I first called, Barb was super sweet and helpful. When I called back I made an appointment the one day that week that I would be home. She said he would be there at that date and time. I waited and waited and he never showed. I called and left a message and received a call back at 8:30 that night to say, "he ran out of daylight and would be back the next day and to call him if he shouldn't come." I called back every day that week and left a message, asking how full it was because I wanted to gauge how long I should wait, for the next time, as this was the first pump at this home. Not sure how he would've gotten my message to not come since it took me 4 voice mails to get a return call. Finally, after 4 voice mails that week, Barb called me back and left me the information that I assume her husband relayed to her. I believe the work done was as it should've been, but the customer service was not cool! Next time I'm going to try their son with Lyons Septic Tank Services...

Barb is sweet and dependable. If she takes your message, Joe will get it asap. Joe is unbelievably kind and friendly. Not sure I could do his job much less, with a smile and good conversation as he does. Affordable, fast and clean. Ill never call anyone else for my properties. Thanks Joe n Barb. Rick
