Driver came out did a great job pumping tank. My lids needed to be replaced and throughly explained the process and what would happen. From there everything went down hill. They replaced the lids and just left. Never told me they were done. Upon inspection it was nothing like I was described and one lid didn’t fit. I called and spoke with Steven who was entirely unprofessional. Blaming me for the driver’s explanation. In the end I was taken care of but it was a fight and I had to go to the office we’re Steve the mgr continued to be unprofessional and blame me. I can’t recommend this company because customer service is not there main priority and they tell you one thing and another thing happens. If they were up front from the beginning it would have gone smoothly.

We had a plumbing emergency on Holy Saturday late in the afternoon way up in Northport. We called Williams and Bay and they were so kind and responsive! They sent out a very nice gentleman who fixed our problem right away! They saved our Easter weekend! I highly recommend this business and will absolutely use them in the future!

Have used Williams and Bay before and have been pleased with their work and professionalism. Their business is run by folks who seem to care about delivering a good outcome for their customers, from the communications with office staff to the folks who actually do the field work. Thank you.

Our home’s septic system started to overflow in the late evening. We contacted Williams Pumping Service upon the recommendation of our plumber and they were on site the next morning. They identified the problem which was the septic pump had failed and the alarm had failed also. The tanks were pumped shortly after Williams arrived and the technicians installed a new pump with a new alarm shortly thereafter. All total, the work took about 5 hours. The system is now backup and functioning as it should. The job site was restored. All personnel working on the job and whom we spoke with were friendly and appeared to be very knowledgeable about their jobs and had or could obtain timely the tools and resources to do the job properly with the least disruption to our home and neighborhood. Any future problems, which I hope I do not have, will be handled by Williams Pumping. If asked for a referral, Williams Pumping will be our unqualified recommendation.

Denise has provided stellar customer service. She is the reason we chose Williams & Bay for our construction site. She has been informative and helpful and most importantly, what she says is going to happen, HAPPENS.
