Very professional and honest. We needed a sink plumbed, and the day the gentleman came, we mentioned we also needed a new dishwasher connected and the old one removed that was supposed to be taken care of by another company earlier in the day. He went ahead and took the time to do that despite a last second request, and did an excellent job. And even took our broken dishwasher! We will be returning customers. Greg and Carrie Helmers
