Horton Plumbing & Remodeling

Aaron and Nick C did a fantastic job replacing faucets at my house today. They saved me money on our outdoor spigot problem too!!! They were courteous, professional, efficient and did quality work. I would definitely recommend Horton and those plumbers for sure. Thank you!!!

We have lived in Plymouth for over 20 years. Horton Plumbing has been to our house 5 times. In fact, 3 have been in the last couple months for 3 separate problems. Each time, their staff has been professional and courteous. We have been satisfied with their work.

I got a recommendation from a neighbor about 2 or 3 years ago to use Horton Plumbing after not being satisfied with other plumbers. I have now use them 4 times and have been completely satisfied each time. , Each time was a different plumber and each did the job well, took time to explain options and did not push to sell me the expensive option, were pleasant people, covered their shoes to avoid marring our floors, and cleaned up after completing the job. I felt comfortable using them each time and they will be my first call if I need a plumber again.

Matt did an awesome job with our home plumbing repair. He was early for our appointment, he was kind, courteous and efficient. Great attitude and good guy. Thanks Horton Plumbing and well done.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Horton Plumbing. The word customer service and follow up is not in there vocabulary. I never received a phone call when work was completed and received a phone call several weeks later for payment. I had to request a receipt since none was given after I made payment. I’ve also requested a flash drive for the camera work done. Have sent three emails and a phone call and still have gotten no response. Very disappointed will not do business with this company again
