Really nice people, but horrible at scheduling. I called them to schedule a time to come out and troubleshoot my furnace, and was told they would get back to me. After about a week no one had so I called again and they finally came out. The techs were super professional and very friendly, told me I needed a new zone valve. I was told they would come out sometime that next week, I would get a call between Monday and Friday when they were on their way to replace the piece. This was the beginning of October, it's now the 1st of November and I've heard nothing from them. In addition, I also received a bill for them for the service call... even though I paid via card the same day they were here. They were really great about letting me know that I didn't have a balance when I called in to check, but that's still very unprofessional and unorganized. I also don't really feel like I should have to keep calling them to remind that they have customers waiting on them. Great people, I just don't appreciate being forgotten and ignored as a customer. I will be getting my furnace piece replaced through a different company.

Sprays have serviced our Bryant furnace annually for years. They just installed central AC into our home which wasn't easy given our home's age - 115 years. The technicians are reliable, friendly, masters at their work, and they always clean up thoroughly when finished.
