Scott at Beauchamp Water Treatment was excellent. We had a new water softener system installed by another company & their new equipment flooded our basement. Scott came out to our house right away to help us & stayed until he identified what was wrong. The 2 installers from Beauchamp were very knowledgeable, thorough & efficient. They correctly installed their system which is now working & discharging properly. We haven’t had anymore water in our basement. It’s very unusual to find a company that has customer satisfaction & “doing the job right” their #1 priority. Thank you so much Beauchamp! We really appreciate all you guys!

I am so happy with this company! I called Beauchamp on a Saturday to schedule an estimate as soon as possible because my old water softener died. Scott came out Monday morning. He tested my water and explained the hardness and total dissolved solids number. Then he told me what needed to be done. He is thorough and very knowledgeable. It didn't stop there. They installed my new system within 2 days and the technician was amazing. He had the old one out, new one installed in less than 2 hours. No mess at all and they hauled away the old one. Just had them out to install a 14 gal RO system. Greg and Gary persevered to find a way to install the tank and filters in the basement to (1) free up space under the kitchen sink and (2) tap into the fridge water line. They were friendly and professional. Love how easy filter replacement will be with this model and having it mounted in the basement.

Had a water softener installed today and we are thrilled with the immediate difference it made. We already noticed that the ice cubes our fridge makes do not leave calcium residue in the bottom of the cup anymore, and the first load of dishes came out sparkling.
