A & B Sewer & Septic Tank

If I could give no Stars I would. These clowns put in my septic system and back filled a basket ball rock right on to the line crushing it which I didn't find until I had over 200 people using it for our first wedding. Dug down and found the rock, removed and got the system usable again. when I called to have them come out to fix the pipe found out that the company closed and it no longer in business. There is another company answering the phones because they bought the rights and they said they have received a lot of these calls since purchasing the rights. Not surprising my less than honest general contractor went with these clowns.

I am not sure what is going on with this company but I had an appointment scheduled for noon-2pm. They never showed up. I called them multiple times and the person that answered the phone couldn't even tell me if my appointment was in fact today. I am very disappointed and do not and will not recommend this company to anyone. Charlie called to apologize for the issues today. He seems like a great guy! Hopefully they will get receptionist that are more helpful.

Charlie is great! Professional, knowledgeable and as a bonus he’s also hilarious:) A & B do great work.

I have used Charlie Taplin and A & B Sewer and Septic many times. They connected a sewer on 1 property and installed and new drain field on another property. Everything went great. I now use them every 3-4 years to pump my septic system. I have recommended them to all my friends, and those who have used them have also been happy with A & B. A++++ company and a pleasure to work with.

Horrible company wouldn't reccomend them to anyone
