They have a lot of equipment. They know the local authorities well, and they have been in business. They will also be somewhat more expensive than other alternatives.

I called and had my problem fixed at a very reasonable rate within 4 hours of the call. I was told it could possibly not be until the next day and that would have been fine. When I called back after calling another business to check rates (no answer). I was told the job could possibly be done that day depending on when his guy got the job he was working on finished. Very professional, and answers the phone!
