This place is a RIP OFF!!! Had them out to my house to clean and inspect my furnace (roughly 12 years old) and was told that my heat exchange was cracked. I was also told that they would fix it for just under $5000!!! Since I refused to pay for a new furnace, the employee refused to put my furnace back together knowing how cold it is outside. After asking the employee to leave, I quickly got on the phone to have another furnace company come out ASAP to inspect my heat exchange. After having a different company inspect, I was told that there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with my heat exchange. I will never call or recommend this company to anyone ever again!!
When my air conditioner quit working, they made time in a fully-scheduled day to come offer advice and an estimate. They were able to repair it during the visit and it was less than half of the other estimate I had gotten! Such good service and I really trusted their employee.
Called them for a residential water heater replacement. Explained everything that was going to happen very thoroughly on the phone and collected a lot of detail from me to verify a smooth install. I emailed them a couple pictures of my current setup and they had guys out the next day with a new unit. Very personable and professional upon arrival and throughout. No complaints.
Called Magnum to discuss an issue with a leaky shower and was told I would receive a call back to set up an appointment. It never came. Hope their customer service is not a reflection of their work.
Very disappointed. We recently moved to Wayland and we literally live right around the corner from Magnum. I called for someone to come out and address some issues we were having with our furnace/ac and our water heater. Was told that someone would call me soon to set up an appointment. The next day I still hadn't heard back (our water heater wasn't working and I have three small kids, so it's kind of essential), so I called again. Was told they were sorry and someone would call me back within a couple hours to set something up. Was never called back. Not impressed.
