I had a rather complicated issue with a back-up, as I share pipes with my neighbor in a condo complex. Patrick, my technician, was great!!! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He was able to pinpoint the problem immediately and devise strategies to remediate. The blockage was gone in no time. He took the time to explain what was going on to me also. I was very pleased.
