Great guy! Called him to fix a leaky faucet that I couldn’t remove the cartridge from. He determined it was a faulty faucet and got me in contact with American Standard to get a free replacement faucet. Didn’t charge me for the visit. Once I got the new faucet, he installed it quickly. Great job!

Tried to get a quote for a job I needed at my home and was met with a condescending attitude and all around rude demeanor. I was in a bind and was simply looking for help so I was extremely disappointed that he was willing to treat anyone this way. I would not suggest calling this man.

Called John for a busted pipe in the basement. John came over that day and gave me a quote that I thought was very fair. John was out the next day morning and replaced the pipe and while we were at it replaced the old feed pipes into the house so they were copper. He was very quick working with the city and getting the water turned back on as fast as he could so my family could have running water in the non-effected areas. While working John noticed that we had a toilet that was running he went ahead and fixed that with no charge he didn't event let us know that he fixed it until he was paid and on his way out. John did a great job he also is firm on if you are going to do the job, do it right. I asked about replacing a segment of the pipe that burst and he said that he would not do a patch job. The whole pipe needed to be replaced and he wouldn't do it. That question proved to me that I had someone that cares about there trade and is looking out for me in the long term. Thank you John
