The service was great! I was able to quickly schedule a service visit. The technician arrived at the time stated. There was not a 3 hour window, but a stated time. He quickly determined the cause of my issue and had repaired it within an hour of arriving. I will definitely be using Blakeslee & Son if I have any future need for HVAC repairs.

Lucas was very professional and very informative. he told us about a part that we needed , before we had an issue, we were glad to get a discount. He also saw that we had a brand-new programmable remote that we had already bought and gave me information on that. He is welcome here anytime to service our furnace or air conditioner. Very professional, very neat knowledgeable talented and nice installer, had air the 1st day and the whole install was completely finished in a day and a half, was very careful with our wood floors and new appliances, and salesman was polite, very nice, and answered all my many questions! Would Highly Recommend!
