CAL Plumbing & Heating

This happened a few years back but I am still upset. I requested a certain size and make of a water heater to be put in. Well, they came and took my old one out and when they opened the box the one guy knew it was not the same as what i had requested. The owner said the one I wanted was not in stock and he could not get it for a week or 10 days. Said he did not know if I needed it right then. LOL If he called he would of known I did not need it right then and if I did i would of been telling him that when I called. No way will I ever use this place again. I have the one they brought but every time I look at it...I remember being VERY disappointed so not ever going to happen again. Would think a business would know if they cannot get something that a customer requested then you call them and see what they wanted to do.... Run ..................

I highly recommend CAL plumbing when you want the job done right the first time and have results to last.

We had a leak that needed fixed under our sink. Called late in the afternoon and they were out early in the morning. We were aware the plumbing was not installed correct from when we moved in so we asked to have it all corrected. They were quick, friendly and knowledgeable.

C.A.L. Plumbing did an excellent job of replacing my old, decrepit hot water heater and it was an awkward installation in an older home. I can't thank them enough. Got hear right when they said they would be here, they were always positive, they cleaned everything up nicely and they even shoveled my walk for me (for their own safety but still...). I can't thank them enough for such a professional job well done.
