Hired in late summer/fall of 2016 for our new construction project. To summarize our experience, poor. Their strengths included fast and dependable emergency services during our project in regards to fixing clogged plumbing, which was not caused by them. Some of their employees were great, others not so much. Long story short we had a very large/difficult project. Unfortunately Wilson's over promised and under delivered in many aspects of our project. They took much longer than they said they would, they told us they passed inspections when they in fact, had not and they began demanding final payment over the phone (when they had ALOT of work to still do) in a way that made my husband and I uncomfortable. I would absolutely not hire this company for a new build construction project. For your everyday plumbing jobs they are the same as any other plumber in the area.
Highly recommend. Had an emergency on a Saturday with no heat and temps below zero. They came out with space heaters to get us through the weekend and installed a new furnace first thing Monday morning. Extremely friendly staff. Thanks again.

We had an emergency on the weekend. Wilson's actually had a real person at the end of their emergency line. They came in, made a temporary adjustment so my basement wouldn't flood, and told us they would be here on Monday to fix it. They were and they did. We are quite happy with Wilson's
