I was charged $95 for a completely unnecessary service call and TIM, the owner would not address my concerns. The company chose to make a quick buck over building a relationship with a client based on trust. I was so disappointed I complained to the Better Business Bureau.
I found this company online when a local friend needed help and didn't know who to call. They did an excellent job quickly, and that a more than reasonable price. She will be calling them again, of that I am sure
