We have used Frook for several years now, and they are AWESOME! Reliable, professional, informative, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. They have fixed everything from toilets to pipe leaks to (just now) a faucet repair (after I busted the faucet cartridge while trying to swap in a new one, and couldn't get the old one out). LOVE these folks - we are SO lucky to have such a trustworthy repair service here in town. A++. Just had these guys out AGAIN (August, 2019), to install a sump pump and some new faucet cartridges. STEVE and ANDREW were FANTASTIC, as always - got everything squared away super fast (including correcting some errors that I had done) - and everything works GREAT. Top Shelf!!!

I've had Frook Plumbing assist with several renovation projects in my home. Every aspect has been ideal from scheduling to finished product. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber in the area. Older homes can be tricky and I have peace of mind knowing that my new bathrooms have the proper plumbing in place.

Cannot say enough great things about Frook Plumbing. You get a time scheduled (not a "window" or "time frame") and the rates are the most reasonable I've gotten for plumbing work in Lansing. The service has also been as friendly and quick as its been reliable. I don't bother writing these unless I'm blown away, and that's definitely been the case here.
