Had good work in the past. However I called for an appointment for an estimate on getting some work done and they were a no call no show.
BEWARE - You will save money and frustration by going somewhere else. Just the facts: If you call afterhours for a sewer clean out the cost is $250 per hour with a two hour minimum i.e., $500. And they only clear a 2" path. NO GUARANTEE unless you pay another $200 for a camera inspection which comes with a courtesy high pressure sales job to put in a new main sewer line at $100 per foot. COMPARE Michigan Plumbing will come out at anytime for sewer cleaning for $250 using a 3.5" clearing blade WITH a 30 day guarantee at no extra charge. Should have called them first. Expensive lesson learned. Hope to help someone else avoid losing money. ALSO Bartz Excavating will replace main sewer line for $50 per foot. They replaced mine and did a good job.
I dont understand C Fords response if michaels came out on an emergency call and did what u had asked then u had someone else replace the sewer how is it michaels plumbings responsibility to fix something that u hired someone else to replace and fix the issue. Dont u think it should be on the company u hired to replace the sewer. I feel michaels plumbing is the best and charge a fair price wouldnt recommend anybody other than michaels.
