I've never had a more positive interaction with a service provider! The entire experience was absolutely painless and honestly enjoyable. The techs, Adam and Brian, were extremely professional and respectful as they struggled with a tough install. They certainly went the extra mile to untangle and resolve the issue with obtaining communication between the new furnace and existing air conditioner. Job well done!!

A little pricey but good install and a 2 year guarantee on work done. Would recommend to anyone with major plumbing installation issues. No leaks and no drips. I'm a happy camper.

I had a gas line installed for a grilling station. The technician was very professional and courteous. He went out of his way to carefully replant the plants that he moved for the installation. I was pleased with his work.

I was in need of a new furnace and air conditioner to replace an aging 20 year old system and decided to give Lascko a try. It turned out to be a great decision. Rich came to my house armed with the information I supplied over the phone and after careful examination, measurements and pictures of the existing system, he explained my options and the costs in a pleasant, non pressuring way. After the job was scheduled it was installed by two very polite and capable technicians. Kyle and John came to my house at exactly the time they were scheduled on each of the two days it took to install the system. The first thing they did was lay down floor covering to protect our floors and carpeting. I am extremely particular about how I like things done and I usually have to oversee any work that I have done, Kyle and John did the installation to my satisfaction without my having to intervene in any way. Before they left they reviewed the work they had done, explained the operation of the furnace, the new thermostat and the A/C unit and left the work area clean. When I paid the bill, it was exactly what was quoted, no up charges or surprises. The day after the furnace and A/C was installed I went into the utility room and noticed that they had kindly hung up a fire extinguisher that I had sitting between the wall studs next to the furnace. A pleasant surprise. I don't usually recommend anyone, but I highly recommend Lascko Services.

On a Sunday afternoon after spending hours trying to fix our plumbing problems ourselves, we decided to call Lascko. We were able to talk with someone right away and Ian was out to our house in no time. He was polite, knowledgeable and was able to explain the steps we would need to take for repairs.
