Dan Wood Company has done many projects for us. They take the time to listen to all of the customer needs and concerns in order to consistently establish the best possible options for your projects. They always come through with unmatched professionalism, top notch work, and timely completion of the job. Highly recommended! My most recent project was handled by electrician, John S. Dan Wood Company was great! We called in the morning about a couple issues both electrical and water softener and had an electrician out within the hour and an appointment for the water softener set up the same week. Dan T. and John were our electricians and they were wonderful. They located the issue and fixed it quickly and had great customer service!

Following a couple of years of trying (unsuccessfully) to improve our water quality, we contacted Dan Wood Company to help us. Following some testing done by owner (Dan Wood), Chris and Mathew came out to examine our current system and make recommendations. As a Master Plumber, Chris did a thorough inspection and came up with a multi-step plan to eliminate our issues. He took his time to explain what he found and options to mitigate. I really appreciated his explanations in layman's terms and that he provided a number of options with their potential costs. Chris really knows his business and is very good at communicating technical issues/solutions. After settling on a plan, Chris and Mathew spent 2 days implementing. Not surprisingly, a few unexpected problems came up but again, Chris's knowledge and experience presented us with economical, workable solutions. Both my wife and I were favorably impressed with the professionalism of Chris and Mathew and their willingness to take time to help us understand what was needed. It will probably take some time before we can tell if all water system issues are resolved but the initial results are working as advertised. We will use this company for our plumbing, HIVAC, and well needs in the future. Thanks to all!!

I was thrilled with my service from Dan Wood Co and Pat B! My hot water heater needed a repair and I was looking at a long weekend without hot water. Thankfully Dan Wood was able to have a tech out here within the hour. He was knowledgeable and personable, and I appreciated being given a few options. From my phone call to the work being done, it was under 2 hours! Hopefully I won’t need any more emergency plumbing in the near future, but I know I’m in good hands with Pat and the Dan Wood Company.

Adam and the gentleman he brought with him were both extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Anytime i had a question, they never hesitated to answer or get me the answer i was looking for if it was out of their expertise. When it came to the electrical work i needed done to my new house, it was performed in a timely manner exactly as quoted and was explained to me so that i understood what needed to be done. As far as anything goes in the future, i will be using Dan Wood for all of my needs when it comes to plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling.
