Can't even give a half of a star...called and the business answered with a hello..had to ask if they were in fact Nickels Plumbing..we got a "yeah"..explained easy sink/faucet installation job to do...silence, just silence on the other end...we had to ask if the job sounded like something that they were interested in and was told, "No, I don't think so"...HUH?? Just hung up...completely acted put out, unprofessional and must not need to make any more money, go figure??

So I called this company in need of a plumber. A gentleman answered the phone with just hellow. I asked if this was indeed a plumbing company to which he said sort of. He then asked where I was calling from and when I responded he said he only does business with people from Oakhurst. My mother and father died in there home in Oakhurst and I lived there for years myself. This is the type of gentleman that does what he wants when he feels like it. Sad.
