Incredible Customer Service! I spoke with Matt & the next day Eric was here. He went out of his way to make sure I understood the problem as well as how it was going to be fixed. He was incredibly courteous and did not even mind the dogs. I will never have to switch Plumbing Companies again I have found the Best and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

They installed an instant hot water heater so I could fill our new big tub up without running out of hot water and these guys came on a Saturday morning to do the job and were very professional from start to finish as they always out on their little boot cover/hair net type things as to not get my floors dirty, cleaned up every bit of their mess (and a little of mine lol), and made sure everything was in working order and put back as it was when they started.I highly recommend this company to anyone for any of their plumbing needs. They even fixed a small tiny drip leak in a pipe that I didn't even know was there. Carter's will be getting all of my future plumbing business and hopefully this review will get others to use them as well! THANK YOU Carter's Plumbing and crew!!!

We hired Carter’s for a water heater replacement on an investment property of ours. They were quick, professional and left my home in better position than they found it! I highly recommend Carters!!

They have came out several times for plumbing/pipe issues and every time they did a wonderful job! Also, they are very good at scheduling our service right away and have reasonable prices. I highly recommend them!

Mat is a skilled and honest plumber. He and his workers can be depended upon to be knowledgeable at their trade. They have always respected our home and left the work site clean. Carter's Plumbing has done several jobs for us, and I have been pleased with their work.
