I was totally pleased from initial contact, rapid response and job completion. Oasis texted an arrival time and it was spot on, the trouble was quickly diagnosed and repaired expeditiously. I was fortunate to see an obviously new employee being trained during the course of repairs and it was refreshing to see the care and customer support I have been waiting to see from other companies . Oasis has not only earned my respect but has gained a valuable repeat customer for any future issues and upgraded I have.

I had a clogged kitchen sink so I called Oasis plumbing for an estimate on the repairs I needed. The price was fair and Rocko was able to stop by my house on the same day I called. Rocko sent me a text message with his arrival time and sure enough, he arrived right on time. Rocko quickly cleared the clogged drain, gave me advice to prevent future issues and even gave me advice on a garbage disposal. I'd use Rocko again, he was great.
