I want to thank the crew at Staley. I arrived at my office in Holly this morning and our Air Conditioning was not operating. Not a good situation as it was forecasted to be 90*. I called and they were able to send someone out right away. They arrived within 30 minutes of my call! They had things working in about an hour and the price was very reasonable. Other places told me up to two days. That just doesn’t work when you need Air right away. I highly recommend them, Allan at Holly Tire & Auto Service.

The annual checkup of our old Bryant unit was extremely thorough. Explained everything. Couldn't ask for better service and I highly recommend them.

I know who I'm calling the next time I need work, I won't price compare at all. I needed my furnace fixed on house we just bought but aren't in yet, I could have waited until Monday but we wanted to keep painting. I digress, they came out Friday night, had to go back to the shop to get the blower motor, returned and got it done quickly. The guy explained everything, was incredibly helpful for 10pm on a Friday. I hated taking him away from his family but he was more than willing to continue, "you're the customer, it's up to you". Absolutely fantastic customer service. I'm budgeting for a new furnace and will call them to install, without a second thought. Well done, it makes moving to this area a lot better knowing they are around to help.
