Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Extremely disappointed. After 3 days dealing with the company and $1300 paid for then to do nothing, my sewer problem was not fixed. They continued to push for excavation and repeatedly stated "your line of credit is approved for this amount and we can get it done for that". After day two of no resolution, my husband dug up the line in under 2 hours and created clean out opening to avoid excavation costs because the workers could not find it after searching for 4 hours even after using the camera to locate it. Day 3 they spent minimal time trying to use the higher priced eel that could "cut through anything" without success. Stood around calling saying it was the cities problem but they could come back tomorrow with excavation equipment..another $2900. My husband called a local small town company. Our problem was fixed in less than 2 hours by two guys who had the same older equipment for $350. Rotor rooter workers said they had the best equipment around and was the best for the job. They couldn't fix our clogged line but could drain a bank account. Rotor rooter seems care about making a buck dishonestly. Thank God for small, local , business owners who work hard and are honest. Otherwise, I would be still wasting time with rotor rooter.

Want a licensed plumber to do your work? Just call Roto Rooter!!. None of them are licensed to do the work they advertise. In my opinion, that's poor business practices. Get it together and quit making your job easier. Oh and they're way too expensive!!!
