Every service appointment is done quickly and informative. Jim is quick about his work, explains what he fixed and polite. The customer service/appointment people and timeframe is wonderful! With the $ and not expensive!
Jim arrived early, and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was pleasant and worked quickly. He needed to go get a part for my shower and he did that off the clock. He explained all the parts and what they do. Made an appointment to him to come back next week (Building water needs to be turned off). I'm hoping it's the same gentleman. Very nice, very knowledgeable. Price seems reasonable, but I am no expert in average prices. I needed it fixed, he fixed it! Thank you!
