I had a huge issue with my downstairs bathtub and toilet. The toilet overflowed and the bathtub filled up halfway with whatever was in the pipes. Gross stuff I know. So I called on a Saturday evening. He was out to my house within an hour and fixed my backup problem. The gentleman was very informative and very cordial. He diagnosed the problem quickly and promptly, he even went above and beyond to explain the ins and outs of my houses plumbing. He explained how to prevent this sort of thing happening again and gave me some numbers to people who specializes in other plumbing work if I opted to have my clay pipes replaced with today's standards. All I have to say is Thankyou for taking the time for coming out on a Saturday evening and fixing my issues. Not too many companies or people would do this. I Highly recommend them if you have any plumbing issues. Thanks again!!!
