Used them 3 times now in a matter of 6 months or so. . . hot water heater . . . . .extraction pump valve . . . . new sewage pump. . . .could not be more pleased with Adam W. . . .highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. . .
I wish I could give 0 stars. They took advantage of my elderly sister in law. She just wanted her toilet to flush without backing up. The "tech" was there on Friday with no results. Back on Monday. Charged her for extra time while he was sitting in his van. Said he repaired 5' of pvc pipe under house, when I witnessed with my own eyes that no pipe went under that house. When I complained to office about tech not doing what he said, I was informed that I'm not a plumber. I told them that I'm not a plumber, but I'm also not blind. Apparently they are not keeping an eye on what the tech they hire are doing. Her charge was almost $800. What ever tech says he did, they go with. DO NOT USE A FRANCHISE. Just call a local plumber. Don't call because you think it's reputable because it's a FRANCHISE and they will not screw you. They will take advantage.
They are great to deal with. Very professional, they had us over a barrel and did not take advantage of our predicament. They showed us the costs ahead of the work, did the work, clean up, and offered suggestions to prevent the issue from returning. Thank you!
