Overall the service was great. Very fair pricing and friendly service, got the job done only a few days after we called. The only reason I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they left what I wouldn’t classify as a “huge” mess but big enough so that I had to clean it up before I was able to do anything in my basement. Maybe bring a rag to wipe stuff down and a shop vac next time.

We had really poor drainage issues in our home. we called other companies and they wouldn't come out on the weekend. though we had too pay a little extra, but were treated great from the receptionist to the technician. I'm sure I bugged him with all the questions I had but he humored me and answered all of them with a smile on his face. we will definitely be contacting them in the future and appreciated the friendly service we received. I feel the way a company represents itself speaks volumes to the work they provide.

Water heater was leaking and was unrepairable since it was so old. Called Naugle around 10am and they came out the same day around 1pm to replace my water heater! Couldn't ask for quicker service! Jim installed in a reasonable amount of time and the price for water heater and installation was comparable with other companies. Extremely happy with their service!

Please please keep searching. I don't want to use the word "scammers" but pretty damn close. Literally charging an elderly woman $170 to tighten a set screw. This is poor business ethics and Tecumseh doesn't need this type of business here.

So my Fiancé and I have been having headache for the pass few weeks and been going to the hospital and doctors to find out why and everything was coming back normal..so we stay at parents house for a few weeks and didn’t get any headache at all then come home to a funny smell come to find out it was a gas leak on the shutoff value in a closet so we contact landlord and they contact naugle. They come to r apartment to replace value and replace wrong one so when I come to check the work we still can smell gas and the leak was still there. So my fiancé call them back to tell them we still have the leak they said we fix it already so when she proceeded to tell them that it’s still the old value they Laughed at her and was rude. Then she ask when that could come back to fix that said they would get to it when they could.. so the next time they show up to check it out the gentlemen said it’s a leak but he was surprised Anyone could smell it..to me a leak is a leak no matter how small it is then the gentlemen it back he didn’t want to fix To me very unprofessional.( Side note my fiancé just had brain surgery and is vary sensitive to smells) I would not recommend Naugle to anyone with are bad Experience we have
