Mr. Sieler personally took time to stop in at our new home. Mr. S provided the free water test and fully explained the readings of the test and made suggestions and we are going with the H-6500. I most also note this company is Military-Veteran friendly. As a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer I appreciated the discount. They are coming to install our system on15 Feb; hooking a line to the fridge and sink....it will be great having improved water and ice. Awesome, friendly and down home customer service.

These people are crooks! Do not use them!! They offer a free water test on their website. I called to schedule, but could not be home when the owner came. My mother, who is a senior citizen offered to be at my house for the appointment. The owner came and did UNNECESSARY work knowing that a senior wouldn’t understand what he was doing. He never asked or received permission to do anything but a free water test. We now owe $350 for this “free” test. This is nothing more than a dirty man taking advantage of a senior citizen. His wife even threatened to go after me if I share the truth on social media!! Dirty people!!

Sieler's has fast, professional, friendly and affordable service. Since leasing our water heater through Sieler's , our water has been the best it has ever been in our home- clean and clear! Chad is our delivery/service Guy and he goes out of his way to provide excellent service. We can call in the morning and have salt and/or water refills delivered that day.
