We just moved into a new house, and suddenly the kitchen sink started backing up and got to the point where it would barely go down. We were able to get same-day service, and Tim was quick and professional, and we didn’t have to break the bank! I like the text updates too so we knew when to expect them.

Serviced our fifth wheel camper at the campground where we were staying. Very professional and quick service! Nice servicemen as well!

We have had them out twice in the last 6 months, 2 different issues unfortunately. Matt was the technician both times and he is not only super knowledgeable, but relatable and easy to talk to. He conveys his analysis so you can understand what the root issue is. I like that he actually assess the situation fully, looking at all potential issues before just rootering the main line or several lines; this shows us that he cares about finding the actual problem and applying the proper technique for solution and gives us confidence that we aren't paying for something we don't need done.

Roto-Rooter TC provided us EXCELLENT service. We had another company out - they quoted a long wait and a very high price. We came to our senses and called Roto-Rooter. They came out on-schedule. Called ahead of time. Fixed the problem (frozen septic access) within 2 hours. And the price was MUCH less than what the other company quoted. Matt and Chris who worked on our home were fast, courteous and obviously very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter TC.

We had an issue with our main sewer line and the response we received from this company was outstanding start to finish. They answered their phones after hours. Showed up on time, adjusted their equipment as needed to fix the problem and were professional and courteous. I hope you may never need their services, but if you do, they are top notch!
