My AC was not cooling my home. I called this morning and spoke to a very pleasant man, he helped schedule me immediately! He said someone would call me when they were on their way....the same day! I was so relieved. A lovely man named Dan called and was soon at the house. He was awesome and immediately identified the problem and corrected it. I was so impressed by the whole experience. They were kind, efficient, and extremely proficient at their jobs. You don't commonly see this level of excellence anymore and I will recommend this company anytime!!!

Called at 8am, they had someone out 2 hours later. Dan was able to quickly diagnose the issue (mice chewing on some wires) and get us back up and running within an hour or less. Great guy. Service overall exceeded my expectations.

Just had a tech form Walter and Hemmings come by this morning (right on time) to do a Spring A/C unit check and inspection. Great tech and great service. I was told what would be done, informed of what he did and shown a ticket that described the services carried out and the fact that all of the critical part numbers on my unit will be on record at the office for future reference if a part fails. All of this was done quickly and efficiently. i very highly recommend Walters and hemming for all of your A/C and Heating equipment care. Bill Plough
