Jose and Charles in Tucson went above and beyond for my family and I. They treated our home like it was their own and not too many people are like that nowadays! They explained the issue with our plumbing in great detail and left nothing out and didn’t beat around the bush on the cost. They were very straightforward about what needed to be done in order for us so have a clean and safe plumbing system. Thank you Jose and Charles! Give these guys a raise!!

We had an issue on Sunday night called Penguin and Charles was to us in under 30 minutes. Dispatch was great during our initial call. Charles explained the issue and fixed it timely while recommending preventative service for the future (which we will contact Penguin to perform). These guys are great! They gave us a great price and did a huge job in just two days time. We did a swamp cooler to AC and they had to replace the main distribution duct. Overall, I was very pleased with the company, personnel, and the high quality of the work done!
