Jimino's Plumbing & Heating

Called to get a fixture looked at/ replaced. Was told to expect a call back that day. Never heard back. Called the following day and was told somebody would be here Monday (two days later). It is now the following Friday and I haven't heard from anybody or seen anybody. Not professional whatsoever. Called today (been 8 days since first call) to let them know we were expecting somebody but never heard a word and all I got was more or less "okay". Not sure how there are 5 stars here. Must be family members.
