Call Excel Mechanical first! I had a pipe that broken on my back patio, I came home with water everywhere! Needless to say, I had to shut the water off to my unit. My first call was to Parker and Sons. The guy had an attitude and gave me a quote for almost three times the price, of Excel Mechanical. Parker and Sons said they couldn’t get it done, for at least a week. Saying they couldn’t “locate my meter number to my home”. I would have to call my water company! I contacted Excel Mechanical, let me tell you what. I should of called them FIRST! Excel Mechanical had a plumber at my door THAT DAY! Jared was professional, on time, clean, showed ID before entering my home; and was in a marked company vehicle. The work that was done on my patio, was way beyond my expectations! He replaced all needed materials, and the work looks a million times better then before! Don’t waste your time call Excel Mechanical first!

I was drawn to this company by recommendation from another highly rated company I used with incredible results. My tech's name was Vernon. A really nice guy and a wizard with HVAC. He had a serious problem fixed for me in minutes instead of hours and even came back to correct something that wasn’t his problem while working on my issue with another company. I can't recommend these guys highly enough, and I am relieved I know a good business in this field for any issues I may have in the future. HVAC is big business in Tucson, and these guys are the best in that business
