Longstreet's Septic Tank Services

I called Longstreet on a Monday morning to schedule a septic tank cleanout. We set an appointment for Thursday between 9 and 12. I was told I'd get a call one hour ahead of time. At 11:30 on Thursday I hadn't heard from Longstreet so I called them. I was told I'd be the next stop but they had to get the truck emptied first and it would be about another hour. I didn't mind so much the fact that they were going to be late, but I do mind that they did not bother to call me and tell me. I'm all in favor of supporting local business, but not when they make me wait. My time is as valuable as theirs. They finally showed up around 2. Nice guys but my entire day on vacation was wasted. I may have to look for another service the next time. I'll reconsider my review if someone from Longstreet contacts me and compensates me for my time.

Thank you for rescuing us from our septic nightmare. I appreciate that you answered the phone and were at my house within 30 minutes.

These folks were totally awesome! We had a major issue with our septic, gave them a quick phone call and they were here in a flash! They also quoted us a price over the phone and held true to that quote after their service was delivered! They were so friendly, efficient and just all around good people! We would most certainly recommend their services to anyone!

We needed help fast. They quoted a price, came right out..stuck to price. .been good to go since. Reasonable. .nice guy.

DO NOT GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE - they make up repairs that are not necessary and then charge you triple what you should be - we got 6 other septic people in the area to re quote and found out from the town inspector - the job Longstreet were going to do should never be done and what did need doing was $250 - Longstreet quote $900
