Robert was unbelievably great. From the moment he arrived he was professional and extremely clean. His gear had “socks” on the wheels and he knew just what to do. He was courteous and engaging. You have an outstanding employee on your hands. I had previously tried a Home Depot drain snake and it did no good. I should have called you guys right away. Zoom Drain delivered an outstanding level of service and expertise for our septic emergency. We have an older and very nonstandard system which they managed to work with using a great attitude and a lot of ingenuity. Cynthia answers the phone at Zoom Drain and she is friendly, professional and proactive. Within 30 minutes Robert Santiago and another Technician were at my house. They were friendly, put on shoe covers and explained all that they would do and the cost. The whole thing took less than an hour and I am more than happy with the results.
