Don installed the new Heat Pump Water Heater expertly. He is on time, put in nice new tubing. Work site is all cleaned up upon completion. Don is very patient with my questions and explained how this new tech works. Everything works great. Top-notch workmanship. I would highly recommend Plumber of Tucson.

I feel so lucky to have met Don and Chris from the Plumber of Tucson. They blew away all my expectations with their water treatment installation service. They were very easy to get in contact with and responded quickly to all my phone calls. During my first consultation with them, they were extremely patient with answering all my questions. Although they were very informative, they were not pushy at all to try to sell me the product. I did not feel any pressure from them. On installation day, they kept in contact with me on the phone and were very prompt. Watching them, I could tell they were very skilled but also detail orientated. The installation went very smooth and they did a great job cleaning up. Plumber of Tucson has earned a customer for life. They do not just treat you like a regular customer. They go beyond and treat you like a close friend or family member. I would 100% recommend them.

Coffee maker on my refridgerator wasn't working. May not be an emergency for some, but I was on defcon 4! Don came out that same day and got it working. This is not the first time we've used their services. They also installed our R/O system and we love it! They have always been extremely professional, reliable and I'm comfortable having them in my home. Don and his team at Plumber of Tucson will ALWAYS be our first call for our plumbing needs!

I could not be happier with my experience. I was very surprised (and delighted) with how quickly they responded to my call and got Mathew out to the house. Mathew also went above and beyond checking my warranty and giving me my options. Fixed the problem in the first visit! Highly recommend!
