Ramon arrived within an hour of my call. He inspected the house, and presented me with three options and an estimate for each. After I chose one of the options, he proceeded with the snake through the roof. It was successful and quick. Thank you, Ramon!

My husband started working on changing the kitchen faucet and just couldn't get it apart. We called Ray and he said he would be out within a couple of hours.
