He did drill out cartridge that was stuck, a complicated DIY, that was the only positive. He did not test stem or offer repair for additional cost, to fix severely broken stem that day. He did not complete the job. Mr. F did offer to come back at full price to finish job. If he would have done a complete job, I would have offered the other work that he was suggesting to be done. I will give this company no more work. He also offered a significant discount for cash payment, and since we did not have that much cash on hand, or advance notice, we had to pay a higher cost. Not good business, possibly dishonest.
