Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

Overall the experience with Benjamin Franklin plumbing was outstanding. Same day service; professional installer who worked fast and efficiently. My only confusion was when calling what I thought was a local Manchester location (definitely a Carroll County exchange) in order to support our local businesses I reached a general scheduling service. The installer that came to the house was not from Manchester despite being told by the scheduling service that is who would be doing the work. Still a great experience .

These guys were subbed out by the company we have an HVAC contract with so there wasn't any institutional history with them, and that meant we weren't negotiating any prices because of any long-standing maintenance policies. That said, they were willing to work with us a bit on price, but more so, the plumber they sent out (Kenny) was very professional and able to fix our problem. He had that good balance between wanting to get the work done and not wanting to rush through it, which meant he solved the issue correctly and completely. So all in all, thumbs up.

I called with a simple plumbing leak in my motorhome that is easy to access and assess and they refused to even look at my issue to discern if they could do the repair. I offered to drive to their shop to save time and not waste a house call. But, they wouldn't even entertain my potential business. Thanks for nothing.

These guys do great work, they are prompt, courteous and CLEAN! I've used them several times for both planned maintenance and emergencies and have been very happy. I especially like how flexible they have been with scheduling, they've never left me waiting around the house all day!

(I thought I had already done this but want to be acomodating to this company!) I was pleased with my service! I had a clogged drain under my kitchen sink and a service call was scheduled. I was notified when workers would arrive, and when they did- both were polite, friendly, quick to diagnose the problem and fix it without any mess remaining.
