If I could give this company a zero rating I would. First I scheduled an AC unit appointment with a 2 hour window from 2-4pm due to it blowing warm air but he came at 530pm. When he FINALLY arrives he glances at my unit and says everything is fine. He then comes inside my home and says "It feels this way because it's extremely hot outside!" Later he goes back outside and then says, "honestly, you just need a brand new unit all together!" He then comes back in and says "Ok you can pay the $60 inspection fee now and here's a quote for a new AC unit for $3800." I said but you're not telling me what's wrong with my AC. He says, I just told you. After dealing with his ignorant a$$, I had a different company come out, and come to find out, it was just my Low Voltage Wiring that needed to be replaced. Thank goodness I didn't listen to him and saved myself $3800!!!!!!!!!
The service was quick and thorough! The customer service was great and the prices were very reasonable. The technician JC showed up early and gave us a lot of knowledge on our new unit! I will definitely use again and I would highly recommend!
