We needed a new AC condenser, furnace, and blower. I had four companies come out to evaluate our current system and recommend replacements. Hughes was not the cheapest, but he was diligent in his follow up while giving us the space we needed to make the decision. I felt like we got the best possible system for our home, not what they needed to sell to move inventory. When the install time came, their crew was professional, courteous, and kept our home clean while they performed the work. Highly recommend using them if you're in the market!

All staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The price was fair and the quality of work was excellent. Chad provided our estimate and he was honest and candid about our limitations and options. We also got work done through the newly integrated Hughes Electrical and it was easy to coordinate both jobs.

I've used Hughes Mechanical on jobs ranging from simple drain clean outs all the way up to a full renovation for their hvac and plumbing. I love the company, their servicemen are always pleasant and considerate.

My Mother didn't use HUGHES for our HVAC installation, Then had to turn around and use Hughes to fix what the other company screwed up. Long story short, THERE IS A REASON Someone else might give you a lower estimate THEY ARE CUTTING corners. Hughes was AMAZING when they came back out to fix everything. I will use Hughes for ALL HVAC and Plumbing needs from now on.... lol
