Having plumbing issues two days after Christmas isn't something anyone wants to deal with. However, we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and the technician (Chad) came quickly, he was friendly and took the time to explain everything. Most importantly, he did an excellent job. We had another plumbing issue today that was caused by the clean up service and we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again and specifically asked for Chad. He game out and again provided excellent service. We strongly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, but we highly recommend Chad. He is great!
